We guarantee our animals to arrive healthy, correctly indentified, feeding, and correctly sexed, unless otherwise noted. Please just beware, some animals may need some time to resume feeding after shipping. We also guarantee to answer any husbandry question to the best of our ability. We only wish the best for you and your animals.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please contact us. If the unlikely happens and an animal is DOA, contact us right away to make us aware, afterwards pictures will be required and full refund issued. We want your business with us to be a postive experience and don't wish to settle for less. If you come across any problems or have any questions, you may contact us at anytime. Even if you have not bought an animal from us, we will gladly answer any questions to the best of our ability.

Signed paperwork will be provided with all recessive hets. Paperwork can be requested with any animal.

All animals will be shipped overnight. Costs are normally $40-$60, but you can contact us with your address for an accurate price. We will refuse to ship, if we feel the tempatures are unsafe to do so. If that is the case, another safer date will be agreed upon. USA shipping only. Package must be signed for. Live arrival guarantee is null and void, if the animal is undeliverable because no one was home.

For now, we only accept paypal as payment online. We will be glad to work out any reasonable payment plan. However, I must stress any deposit or payment made is non-refundable. After the payment is made in full, we will set up a date to ship.
